refund and cancellation policy

  1. No Same-Day Refunds: As all our cakes are freshly crafted to meet each customer’s specific preferences, we are unable to offer refunds on same-day cancellations due to the perishable nature of our products.

  2. Advance Cancellation Notice: For standard cake orders, we require a cancellation notice at least one day before the delivery date. For customized cakes, please inform us two days in advance. A nominal refund processing fee of 3% will be applied per order.

  3. How to Cancel: To cancel an order, simply send an email to our support team at support@cakesportal.com.

  4. Refund Processing Time: Once an order is canceled, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.

  5. Cakesportal’s Discretion: Cakesportal reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refund orders, or to provide alternative solutions at our discretion.
